We believe that exceptional food begins with respect for ingredients, patience in process, and an honest commitment to doing things the way they should be done.
Every loaf is leavened with our own starter, fermented slowly for depth of flavor and a crust that sings. We bake two to four times daily so nothing leaves our kitchen stale.
Croissants laminated by hand, tarts filled with seasonal fruit, and chocolate pieces tempered to a glassy finish. Our pastry case changes with the seasons and our inspiration.
Beyond the oven, our shelves hold an edited selection of olive oils, artisan cheeses, preserves, and pantry staples — each chosen because we would keep it in our own home.
